Another effective home remedy is using the juice of 1 lemon and adding it to a glass of water. Also add some cayenne pepper and a pinch of sea salt. This is very effective for giving yourself instant relief when it comes to dizziness or vertigo.
Another similar remedy is if you use the juice of 1 lemon and you add some black pepper to a glass of water. Again this will help to give you some instant relief.
There’s also the herb ginkgo biloba which has been proven to help with brain fog, improving memory and improving circulation to the brain and inner ear.
