In order to ensure that your brain and body is functioning optimally, you need to make sure that you’re getting enough water within your body. If you’re not, this can cause some ramifications such as dizziness, vertigo, headaches, migraines and even brain fog, as your brain heavily depends upon you having enough water within your body.

And this is especially important if you’re living in a location with a hot climate, as you will lose water in your body due to sweating, and can even lose water from vomiting and diarrhoea if you’re ill.

So a good way of counteracting this is to carry a bottle of water around with you. You also want to ideally aim for 8 glasses of water a day, just to ensure that you’re getting enough water.
